The City is soliciting Bids for facility improvements and a car wash replacement at the 555 Miller Avenue facility. The selected General Contractor will include all subtrade scope of work identified in this Request for Tender (including the Car Wash Replacement subcontractor) in their base bid. SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender, as may be amended by addendum issued by the City. The Work includes but is not limited to: - Replacement of existing car wash and associated equipment - Replacement of existing millwork, exterior glazing, painting, ceilings, flooring, metal shed siding reinforcement, doors & hardware, lighting, etc. |
